StoreProof Public Beta Terms

StoreProof is a public-beta service from RXR Code that uses automated browser testing to scan public storefronts. By using StoreProof, you agree to these terms.

Authorized use

Only scan stores you own, manage, or are otherwise authorized to test. Do not use StoreProof to attack, overload, bypass access controls, or interfere with third-party systems. Abusive, excessive, or automated misuse may be rate-limited or blocked.

Informational results

StoreProof results are automated observations for informational use. They may include false positives or false negatives, and StoreProof cannot guarantee detection of every commerce, accessibility, performance, SEO, security, or technical issue. Results are not a certification or a substitute for professional or manual review.

Beta availability

The public beta may change, be suspended, or experience errors or downtime. Features, scan coverage, limits, and report behavior may be adjusted as the service develops.

Commerce and third parties

StoreProof may add an item to an isolated storefront cart while testing public shopping behavior, but it does not submit checkout or payment. Shopify and other third-party products and services are independent parties and are governed by their own terms and policies.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, StoreProof is provided as-is and at your own risk. RXR Code is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on the public beta. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
